I would have been tempted to say "Do not allow (Ernest) Bevin".

Difficult one this. I often say, if you have to explicitly disallow any particular answer, don't ask the question. You also have the problem that unless someone's speaking very clearly, it's not easy for the question asker to tell which answer they're giving. But this question is definitely worth asking.
